So I fell out of routine awhile ago. And I’m pretty sure I’ve gained every pound and then some back. It’s very sad for me and I’m miserable. I want so badly to recommit. I’ve got proper motivation (moving, an art show after moving) and equipment and whatnot. I just haven’t been able to go. I don’t know if I’m too overly anxious or what’s going...

I have so much respect for people who are fighting everyday to loose weight because this is not easy. It’s a long, hard road. The results are slow coming and sometimes it’s difficult to visualize the end product. Just keep pushing and remember that one day all the sweat, cramps, and aches will be worth it.
