drewnearyou: I have so much respect for people who are fighting everyday to loose weight because this is not easy. It’s a long, hard road. The results are slow coming and sometimes it’s difficult to visualize the end product. Just keep pushing and remember that one day all the sweat, cramps, and aches will be worth it.
